BusinessDen recently published new information about a new commercial office space being built in RiNo.
The commercial office space project has finally revealed its name along with some very impressive renderings of the proposed vision. “Steel House” is the name of the 3100 Brighton Blvd. commercial office space construction project. The project is headed by Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners and Denver-based Elevation Development Group.
The partnering firms have since published a website to promote their ongoing project and even interview their lead architect, Morris Adjmi, for commentary about the project. Morris Adjmi is the founder of a New York architecture and interior design firm Morris Adjim Architects.
From the promotional film, Adjmi gives reason for his office space design here in Denver. “Denver enables companies to attract a really great workforce… Access to tremendous light and tall ceiling as well as outdoor space and amenities… really give what people want.”
He goes on to discuss the unique hex-shaped design aspect for the exterior facade, “Divided light windows to give a sense of scale from both inside and out aesthetic that people want.
“Steel House is the best office environment we have designed. And it will really be the best work address in Denver.”
The Steel House is a 12-story building that will cover about 300,000 square feet in total with commercial office space. There is no date listed for when this project will break ground.
