Hello Everyone!
It has been a wonderful month for Sustainable Design Build. All of February the team has been hard at work putting the finishing touches and finalizing the details for The Row @ Perry Station. Seven of the eight units have been under contract and are closing out one by one. We have had units 1206, 1208, 1212, 1210, and 1218 already close this last week. 1220 and 1222 Perry are the next units to be closed this week! We are so excited to be able to bring these homes to the Denver neighborhood and we could not have done it without your support.
The townhomes up the street at 1254 Perry are next in line for completion. We have already entered the last phases of construction, there is a multitude of trades working at the same time to get 1254 Perry ready. Drywall has been hung in all the units and finishing their texturing. Interior trim and hardwood floors are being installed currently as well. We are expecting cabinetry in the kitchen to begin soon after hardwood floors are down. Tiling in the bathroom and kitchens is also in progress. In these next weeks, we will be able to see 1254 Perry really come into its own as a home.
Our other projects 1265 Xavier and 1365 Zenobia are moving full pace after breaking ground. 1365 Zenobia has finished the pouring of its foundation. All new water and sewer services have been laid and connected which means that the next trade for the project is framing. We will have material delivered and soon we will see Zenobia get vertical! 1265 Xavier is closely right behind, the caisson and foundation work has begun and we will see both of these builds go up together. This has been a great start to the year for the company and we can not wait to see these next projects get built.
