The multifamily commercial project is making remarkable progress in the last month, the project has started the framing phase. Since then, the framing of the multifamily construction project has been moving along swiftly!
What is the South Federal Flats Multifamily Apartment Development?
The South Federal Flats Multifamily Apartment Development is located at 2720 S Federal and contains two other lots in order to fit the 57-unit apartment complex. Near the interaction of yale and Federal Blvd, the South Federal Flats Multifamily Apartment Development is designed to bring more affordable housing to the immediate area. The real estate development team has devised the apartment complex to have 2-bedroom units, 1-bedroom units, and studio apartment units. The apartment complex will be only a few blocks away from the new Loretto Heights Campus.
Denver-based KSA Architecture LLC is the architect, Raptor Civil Engineering is the civil engineer, and Oxbow Design Collaborative is the landscape architect of record for this multifamily apartment development.
