Yes, you read that right. Bronco’s ex-quarterback, Russell Wilson, has sold his Cherry Hills Village mansion this week. Following the recent cut from the team earlier this month in March, it only makes sense for Wilson to part ways with his swanky new home. Unfortunately, due to the timing, Wilson likely has sold his Cherry Hills mansion for millions less than he paid two years ago, according to public records.
Wilson’s Duchess Investmenst LLC sold the 10 Cherry Hills Park Driver property for $21.5 million. Wilson and his wife paid approximately $25 million in April of 2022 for their home, which also caught fame for being the most ever paid for a Denver-area home to date. According to the public records of the sale, the buyer in the deal is called Cherry Park LLC. The entirety appears to be linked to Century Communities, a Greenwood Village-based homebuilder. Interestingly, there are two additional properties down the block from Wilson’s old mansion that happened to be owned by Century Communities as well.
The 20,000-square-foot home on 5 acres at 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive has four bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus his-and-hers walk-in closets, offices and bathroom suites, according to a previous listing of the property. There’s also a 2,590-square-foot indoor swimming pool, a basketball court and a guest apartment with its own kitchen.
While Wilson has sold his Denver home, he is still actively selling his Bellevue home located in Seattle which was acquired during his time with the Seahawks.
