Good afternoon SDB Friends,
With the spring bringing in beautiful weather, Sustainable Design Build is making great progress on the current builds.
1365 Zenobia, if flying through the rough framing of the main building. The framing crew is finishing the second floor and moving through the job at an amazing pace. We also have the garage slabs staked and graded meaning it is ready to be poured. After which we will have the ability to erect the garages of the Zenobia homes.
1265 Xavier, is looking strong as the framing crews are installing the base and pressure treated lumber on top of the foundation. In a couple more days we will see our second project on Xavier street go vertical!
1254 Perry, is looking strong near its finish. We have moved through the north building completing the interior painting and already have started the interior of the south building. In a couple units, we have even begun to get the interior railing placed. An important step forward is that we have finalized the utility connections Xcel. Now 1254 Perry is hooked up for electric and gas!
So far, the start of April has been noted good steps forward for completing 1254 Perry and even better progress for our latest builds. Keep an eye out for another update in the coming weeks to see how well we are doing!
