Hello,

We have had a whirlwind last couple of weeks as we finished up the completion of 1275 Xavier Townhomes. That said, we are proud to announce each unit of Xavier is closing one by one and will be complete by the end of this week.

While finishing up this project we have also been keeping diligent, focusing on 1220 and 1254 Perry. 1220 Perry, is set to finish the North building’s drywall install by the end of this week which is following the South buildings lead. The South building of Perry is installing many things now that the drywall is complete; bamboo hardwood floors are being installed, the tile work for the bathrooms is completed and the cabinetry is being placed for all units. We can expect the same amount of progress in the North building once the drywall is completed and inspected.

1254 Perry, is still making wonderful time with the rough framing labor, as we are already up to the third floor. Once the roof framing is complete, 1254 Perry will begin its dry in by installing roof coverings and exterior doors and windows. It is exciting to have two projects being built next to each other on the same street.

With these projects we aren’t staying idle, we are excited to be moving forward after accomplishing Xavier and we hope you are as well for being a part of these developments. Thank you again and have a wonderful day!
