Development Description

There are eight units total with expected completion by September 2017. All units will be located steps away from the Perry Street light-rail station. The entry to the townhomes will be off of the alley between Perry and Osceola Street. Each unit will have a rooftop deck, which will provide a view to downtown, Dry Gulch Park and mountain views to the west.
