Hello SDB Family!
I hope you have had a wonderful October month and are ready for the cooler weather ahead! Over here at Sustainable Design Build we have been keeping extremely busy to get our current projects in a good position to power through the winter months!
1220 Perry, has been absolutely hectic but in a productive manner. We have many different trades happening all at once getting that much closer to finish. Countertops have been fabricated and installed in the south building which looks fantastic with our cabinetry. Carpet is being placed at a phenomenal pace, the south building is nearly done and the north building is not far behind. As for exterior finishes, our masonry veneer on the corners of the building is just wrapping up giving the project a nice street-level look. Exterior concrete walks have also been poured including the garage aprons. The remaining concrete work will be completed in the next week with exterior paint also scheduled to start. 1220 Perry is nearing the finish line.
1254 Perry, is still moving closer to the next phase of its construction. Rough framing has been completed and passed the necessary inspections. The framing crew now is focused on installing the exterior trim and siding. This process also called the dry in, will have our crews placing rooftop coverings, windows and exterior doors on both buildings. Once completed, you can expect the same productivity as 1220 Perry because we call all hands on deck to complete the interior finishes.
Until next time, please have a great rest of your week and stay in touch with SDB as we create future homes for Denver with your continued support!
