Good afternoon SDB friends and family!
We hope you have been enjoying the late spring weather as much as we have. We have some awesome progress we want to share with you!
First up, our demo crew is on site at 1374 Yates St. taking down the existing house to make way for our proposed 4-plex townhome unit! This is exciting to have another project move forward to development and add to growing neighborhoods that we have been working in.
Just a couple streets over, the 5-plex at 165 Xavier is really starting to move along. The final floors of framing are being completed and we are seeing some other ‘rough-in’ trades begin. Plumbers and HVAC installers are working their way through the building. Soon we will have roofers ready to lay down some protection for the units. We are seeing similar progress at 1365 Zenobia, all staircases have been installed and the framers are on the roof getting the final elevation set. We already have plumbers through the units with their work and HVAC will be starting very soon.
We are very excited to see a new project begin with Sustainable Design Build alongside with the impressive builds already in progress. Thanks for supporting us and tuning in for a construction update. Have a great rest of your week!
